Orange calcite with biotite from Madagascar is a notable mineral specimen characterized by its distinct coloration and composition. Orange calcite is a carbonate mineral (CaCO₃) that typically forms in sedimentary environments. Its vibrant orange hue results from trace impurities and the specific conditions under which it crystallizes.
